This V-Factor Street Pro stretched gas tank for custom use is designed for "long and low" style frames with 5" backbone stretch and 0 or -2" downtube stretch. It is 23" long, 15" wide and has a 2 1/2" wide tunnel.

There is crossover provision for 10 mm (3/8-24) banjo fittings located at the front of the tank and the 22 mm petcock bung is on the left side near the front of the tank.
The "weld-to-frame" brackets recess in the bottom of the tank gives a hidden look for the rubber isolated mounting brackets; 5.3 gallon capacity; ships in raw steel.

'Peanut' style Sportster

Also seen here, this 2.25 gallon 'Peanut' style Sportster gas tank (1995 - 2002) is available with left or right-side bung position and 22 mm external thread petcock bung. It uses a 1982 and later style vented gas cap and ships in raw steel. 'Peanut' tank for '82-'94 models are also available.

THE 2021 EDITION IS CONFIRMED
Let’s pick up where we left off... in Verona.

Work has begun on the organization of the 13th edition of the international 
two-wheel fair, scheduled for January 21 – 24, 2021. It is slated to be the 
re-launch of the entire two-wheel sector.



All eyes are on Verona in the wait for the latest news and releases which the motorcycle market will present to the eager public of enthusiasts (170.000 present in 2020).
There is already much enthusiasm and agreement from exhibitors and partners who have received the invitation from the organizers to collaborate in putting together an event ca- pable of re-launching the future of motorcycles right here in Verona: official presenta- tions of new models and new concepts from major manufacturers for the European mar- ket and numerous announcements for accessories, apparel, and new technology are all expected.
The MBE staff have a long list of initiatives in the works, among them a series of promo- tions reserved for companies in order to create more spacious exhibition areas de- signed to facilitate social distancing.
 
 

There is also the planned development of a matchmaking platform to enhance B2B meet- ings between companies and industry operators.
Regarding the public, there will be further enhancements to online ticketing services in order to lighten the burden on the exhibition center box offices.
There will be no increase to the ticket price, in fact there will be particular perks re- served for those who decide to purchase their tickets in advance.

More great news for logistics comes with the re-opening of the Re Teodorico entrance at Veronafiere. After an important expansion and re-styling, it will be available to the public for entering the fairgrounds.


Just like during the previous edition, Veronafiere will not be the only location involved in the event. Just the opposite: the entire city will star throughout the four days with cultural initiatives and with “external” attractions which will all be channels to share the passion for two wheels, not to mention the development of an important supply chain for businesses in central Verona as well as the surrounding area.

Last month we saw a new range of upgrade replacement options for Yamaha's Ténéré 700 from Italian exhaust specialist G.P.R.
This month we see the company's new design options for the fast selling Royal Enfield Interceptor - a low cost middleweight that has been internationally well received by test riders, dealers and consumers and one destined to occupy a unique position among Europe's most popular models.



Building on the Indian manufacturer's success with its Continental GT and Himalayan, these new parallel twins are a performance engineer's blank canvas just waiting for owners to exploit the custom and performance opportunities offered by this robust Harris Performance developed chassis platform.
Seen here are two of the G.P.R. Italia options for the Royal Enfield 650s - the Powercone line and the Vintacone.

Both are made in stainless steel, Euro 4 homologated, and form part of the new G.P.R. project to achieve a net zero carbon impact for its production by 2023 with the use of raw materials that are recyclable at end-of-life, with common steel scrap making up 99% by product weight.
Delivering a choice of classic or aggressive look, these exhausts are said to provide a 2.5 hp increase over the stock exhausts and a 50% weight saving.
"All manufacturers need to take their responsibilities seriously," says owner Mauro Orlandi, "and doing so doesn't mean that increased performance and great looks have to be compromised.

"The aesthetics of our designs for the Royal Enfield are perfectly adapted to the classic, naked styling of the Interceptor 650, with an excellent balance of classic aesthetics and our innovative technical solutions such as the removable dB killer for track use and stainless steel coating on the Powercone, a line developed as a result of our MotoGP and SBK experience. It weighs just 1.86 kg, mounts as a direct OE replacement, is compatible with side bags and central stand and, where present on the original, the lambda probe housing is provided." They are backed by a two-year warranty.

Dit model is voorzien van een geperforeerde microvezel bovenzijde, een mesh voering, interne PU protectoren en een pasvorm die het proberen waard is!

De Vector is gemaakt voor dagelijks gebruik en biedt een hoog draagcomfort.

In statistical terms, when it comes to recovery rebounds, it doesn't bounce much higher than this!


After being -95.85% in April with just 526 new motorcycles registered in Europe's largest market, and "only" being down by -11.35% in May (11,150 units), the latest new motorcycle registration statistics for June available from ANCMA, the motorcycle industry trade association in Italy (the owner of EICMA), make extraordinarily good reading.
June motorcycle registrations in Italy were +54.99% with 16,861 new motorcycles registered, putting the Italian market at a way better than expected total of "only" -23.83% (48,066 units) for the first half year.
Italy is an important scooter and moped market, so total PTW registrations (of all displacements and styles) were +37.31% (39,078 units) for June and are running at -23.04% for the YTD.
The top selling motorcycles in Italy YTD have been the BMW R 1250 GS Enduro (1,870 units YTD), followed by the Honda Africa Twin (1,831 units), Benelli TRK 502/502X (1,525 units YTD), Yamaha Tracer 900 (1,331 units) and the Honda NC 750 X (1,258 units).
For the record, in 2019 the Italian market was again Europe's largest at +6.26% in motorcycle registration terms (98,883 units) and +5.65% in total PTW terms at 231,937 units.
