Rossville, Tennessee based Memphis Shades has announced that it will again sponsor both American Flat Track Springfield Mile races for the 2019 season.
"We are so proud to announce Memphis Shades has renewed its sponsorship with the Springfield Mile for the 20th year in a row - our longest consecutive sponsor of all times," said promoter Tommra Keisow of Keisow Racing.
Renowned for its stylish line of motorcycle fairings and windshields, Memphis Shades is also home to Hall of Fame racer/tuner Babe DeMay's race shop and has sponsored several standout racers including Sammy Halbert, Johnny Murphree, J.R. Schnabel and Kevin Varnes.
Springfield, the historic "world's fastest Mile", bookends the series with races in May and September and is the lynchpin of American Flat Track, running the 100th race in September of 2018.
"Memphis Shades is the first name in motorcycle fairings and windshields. Our products are made using unique proprietary processes, including gradient colors, patented hardware made of electrocoated aluminum and stainless steel, and stainless steel fasteners," says Allen Mueller, CEO and founder.
"They feature angle adjustability, interchangeability and no-tool removal - Memphis Shades has the perfect fairing or windshield for any riding style."
