S&S Cycle appoints Paul Langley as new President

S&S Cycle has announced industry veteran Paul Langley as its new President.

Paul Langley
"It is truly an honor to be welcomed into the S&S family, and it is my pledge to work each day to live up to the responsibility I have been entrusted with," said Langley.
"S&S stands as one of the great icons of the v-twin industry. Among all of its tremendous resources, it is the passion of the S&S team that is the company's single greatest resource, and I look forward to working with this incredible group of people to develop exciting new products and partnerships for the future."
Commenting on the appointment, S&S Board of Directors Chairman John McGinnis said that "we feel very fortunate to have someone of Paul's caliber and breadth of experience to head up our company. His business acumen and knowledge of this industry, combined with his vision and proven leadership ability will make our team an unstoppable force in the market place."

Former President, CEO and Chairman Emeritus, George B. Smith put it into a historical perspective. "Back in 1958, my father started S&S Cycle with his racing buddy Stanley Stankos. The v-twin aftermarket was in its infancy and it was a pretty simple place to do business. Today our product line, and the v-twin market as a whole, is anything but simple. We need someone who can steer this company through a complex maze of challenges and opportunities, and come out a winner. I have no doubt that we've picked the right guy!"
Langley takes up the reins at S&S Cycle's corporate headquarters in Viola, Wisconsin, immediately.
