Yamaha's Star Motorcycles
unleashes its 2013 lineup, which includes the accessories-laden V Star 1300
Deluxe bagger.
V Star 1300 DeluxeChassis features include a
double-cradle steel frame for a light and nimble feeling, and handling is said
to be outstanding given the slightly forward-mounted engine and 16-in. wheels.
Front and rear fenders are real steel.
Road comforts come via the fork-mounted fairing that houses an integrated sound system and Garmin Zumo 665 GPS. The unit is waterproof, is satellite radio capable and has Bluetooth wireless connectivity. The sound system is iPod/iPhone compatible with easy handlebar mounted controls.

The color-matched, lockable hard side bags are also
uniquely designed for the V Star 1300 Deluxe and hold 7.6 gallons each. The
2013 V Star 1300 Deluxe is available in Deep Blue with an MSRP of $13,690.
The complete 2013 Star Motorcycles touring line
includes the iconic Star Venture in charcoal silver/raven, the 1900cc V-Twin
Stratoliner S in deep blue, the 1700cc Road Star Silverado in impact blue, and
the V Star 1300 and V Star 950 Tourer each available in new colors. Classic
models include the 1900cc Roadliner S, the 1700cc Road Star S, the V Star 1300,
the V Star 950 and the V Star 250.
Star's chopper-inspired lineup has the Raider SCL in
crimson red/intense black, the 1900cc Raider S features chrome trim in pearl
white or candy red, and the standard Raider all blacked out in raven. The
low-slung Stryker returns in raven, candy red and pearl white. All 1900cc
models feature a new easy pull clutch operation that requires 20 percent less
effort at the lever.
The class defining VMAX with soul-quaking
acceleration will be available in nebulous purple.
